The Fire For Effect Foundation Inc. (FFEF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is excited to announce its 2025 lineup of events, designed to bring the community together while honoring and supporting the heroes who serve us every day—our veterans and first responders. These events not only celebrate their sacrifices but also raise critical funds to support programs and initiatives that empower them.

FFEF is calling on local businesses and community members to join this mission by becoming sponsors. Sponsorships are essential to the success of these events and provide an opportunity for businesses to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable exposure. Town River Landing: A Community Hub in the Making

Town River Landing is more than just a park—it’s a space where the community can come together to celebrate, connect, and honor the heroes who serve us every day. From hosting large-scale events like First Responders Day to smaller gatherings such as the Bridgewater Farmers Market, Town River Landing is becoming a cornerstone of community life. However, to fully realize its potential, the park requires ongoing improvements, maintenance, and resources.

Sponsorships and donations play a critical role in funding these efforts. Contributions help ensure that Town River Landing remains a vibrant, welcoming space for all, while also supporting the events and programs that bring the community together.


A Year of Community and Celebration

The 2025 season kicks off with First Responders Day on April 26th at Town River Landing Park. This recognized holiday is dedicated to showing appreciation for veterans and first responders and is expected to draw over 2,000 attendees. The event will be a day filled with gratitude, community, and celebration of those who protect and serve.

In addition to First Responders Day, FFEF has planned a series of highly anticipated events throughout the year, each drawing crowds of 1,500+ attendees. These include:


  • Battle of the Bands (May 17th): A competition showcasing local musical talent.

  • Summer Fest (June 21st): A high-energy music festival featuring incredible talent.

  • Bridgewater Throwdown (September 7th): A fitness competition attracting participants from across southern Massachusetts.

  • Country Fest (September 20th): A celebration of country music and community spirit.

  • Brew Fest (October 12th): A gathering of craft breweries, live entertainment, and great company.

  • Trunk or Treat (October 25th): A family-friendly Halloween celebration.

  • Bridgewater Farmers Markets (Monthly): A recurring event supporting local businesses, fresh produce, and community connection.


Each event is designed to foster community spirit while raising awareness and funds for programs that directly benefit veterans and first responders.

For businesses looking to support individual events, single-event sponsorships start at just $250, providing options for every budget.

Sponsorships must be secured by April 1st, 2025, for First Responders Day or at least one month prior to other events.
